San Francisco...

For those of you who have known me for a while you know that every year I take a trip out of the country with a group of my closest friends. Usually there are about 4-8 of us that go. This year due to the current economic situations we opted to stay stateside and do some of the things we have always wanted to do here in the country...

We started out in San Francisco and Jill flew in from Washington and RiLee and Jenn from New Jersey. We walked across the Golden Gate Bridge, ate Cuban food, visited Fisherman's Warf, the Boudin factory, and Ghiradelli Square (try the brownie sundae with homemade hot fudge!).
Fried Platanos with black beans...one of my favorite foods! We had this at a Cuban restaurant in SF called Cha Cha. I highly recommend it. (As did Rachael Ray) Reasonably priced foods that melt in your mouth!
Of course we had to stop by Boudin for their world famous clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. Yum!
